A bit about Jason…
I am licensed by the Government to officiate weddings in the province of Ontario.
My Personal Story:
Born and raised in Toronto, I am a Leafs, Raptors and Toronto FC fan. I love sports, the passion and excitement behind it, but most importantly, I love getting together with people I don’t know to celebrate the things we love together.
My Family:
I am a proud Dad of two amazing kids and have been married for almost 15 years.
My life Experiences:
I went to school just outside of Boston, MA to become a Pastor but ended up coming back to Canada and worked a number of years in retail and executive management with large corporate & franchised companies. I have been officiating for 10 years and love making couples special day, the best for them.
My Interests and Passions:
Favourite interests: Running, working out and sports
Favourite thing to do: Socialize, meet new people, watch Leafs, Raptors & Blue Jays
Favourite music: I enjoy jazz, gospel & pop
Favourite pastime: Going on a cruise where it’s hot!
Favourite sport: Basketball & hockey
For me there’s nothing better than being with family, cruising on the ocean, working out at the gym, making new friends and serving others in my community to make a difference.

Our officiant Jason Persaud was amazing! We wanted a laid back, fun, and casual wedding. He provided us with exactly that. My family all commented on how friendly he was. We had a great time with lots of laughs which is exactly what we were going for.
While we didn’t really use the Console that much, as we asked Jason to provided us with a tailored short and sweet ceremony, it was very easy to use and added some great ideas and tips that we hadn’t considered.
