…A little bit about me.
Congratulations to you both on your engagement! What an exciting time in your lives, and a beautiful step forward together. As a certified licensed Wedding Officiant in the Province of Ontario, it would be an honour for me to be a part of your special day.
I was born and raised in the farm town of Chatham Ontario. I attended and graduated from Master’s College & Seminary, and now live in Hamilton, ON.
My husband and I started dating when we were 13 years old. In 2006, I married my best friend and love of my life! We just celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary and 24th year of being together.
We have two kiddos who bring us so much joy, and also keep us very busy.
My Life Experiences
I have been working and volunteering in non-profit for most of my life. I have also run a private music studio for the past 20 years teaching piano, voice, and theory.
- I love going for nature walks with my family & friends – especially discovering new paths.
- Passionate about connecting with people and hearing their stories
- Thrift store shopping, and finding great deals.
I look forward to getting to know you – hopefully over a cup of coffee 😉
Helping you create an unforgettable experience as you share you vows, exchange your rings, that is completely unique to you as a couple would be my main goal. We can talk through your vision, and create a one-of-a-kind ceremony tailor-made just for you both!
What couples are saying
Would highly recommend!! Our officiant was Lindsay Kivell and she was AMAZING! Very professional, organized, sweet and patient. She was able to make changes and adjust on the spot and even helped my husband with his vows! So so happy we booked through Enduring Promises!!
Sandrine & Edvin
The website console was so clear and so easy to choose the package that suited our needs. Once we made our selection and reached out on-line, we received a prompt phone call. The team hooked us up with Lindsay, our Officiant, who made our COVID wedding so easy and relaxed. Thank you Lindsay and Enduring Promises.
