Hi, I’m Geninne Tatum Bridge. I am a wedding Officiant and pre-marriage facilitator. Over the years, I have journeyed with several couples as they prepared for life-long love. I have had the pleasure of conducting traditional, non-traditional, and inter-religious wedding ceremonies, with humour and lots of meaningful content
Personal Story
I was born in Scarborough and moved to Pickering, Ontario with my large family at a young age. I graduated from Pickering High School with my bilingual certificate. I have been involved in the non-profit sector for 17 years and I have my Bachelor of Theology and I am currently working on my Master’s in Intercultural Studies.
My Family
I come from a family of seven and have several nieces and nephews that I adore.

With over 10 years of professional experience, I will deliver a ceremony with dash of class, a sprinkle of compassion, and just enough sentiment that will leave you and your guests with an experience to remember.

Geninne is wonderful to work with. She officiated our wedding back in September 2019 and was extremely down-to-earth and personable. She also coached us through the SYMBIS curriculum which covered key topics such as marriage expectations, finances and spiritual growth to name a few. Our officiant Geninne was incredible, from the moment we first connected via Enduring Promises. She was so open and understanding, and really wanted to get to know us as a couple and our vision for our civil ceremony so that she could make sure her words were a true reflection of us. She was very responsive to questions before the ceremony, very understanding of our values and open to participating in some of the cultural elements we wanted to incorporate into our civil ceremony.
